Abstract

This paper presents general databases and webtools referred and used by the scholars and biomanufacturing research scientists to predict, analyze transcription in e.coli transcription. Over a decade various databases were generated covering biophysical models, promoters performance data, secondary structure of mRNA, polymerases working mode, inhibitors on mRNA, thermodynamics, genetic instability, toxic proteins genes, rate of intiations etc. Based on Artifical Intelligence machine learning webtools turning to be more efficient and reliable to prevalidate performance of the new genes that are expressed in e.coli.

Keywords: biomanufacturing, e.coli transcription, mRNA, thermodynamics, Artificial Intelligence
